“What is the use of a book,” thought Alice, “without … conversations?”
Lewis Carroll, in “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”

Find out why Alice is right. Come to Abington Free Library for a conversation with Diane Frankenstein, author of the award-winning book: “Reading Together: Everything You Need to Know to Raise a Child Who Loves to Read.”

This free adult program will be held downstairs in Abington Free Library’s Community Room, and is sponsored by the Friends of the Abington Libraries. Copies of “Reading Together” will be available for purchase and autographing. Proceeds from book sales will benefit the Library.

The program is relevant for anyone interested in early childhood literacy through the primary grades, going into adolescence.
Refreshments will be served.
